Scope
Shape the member home, plan overview, and check-in flows for a mobile-first audience. Align content hierarchy with clinical accuracy while keeping language human. Meet WCAG-oriented contrast and touch targets across core paths.
Design process
Research synthesized caregiver and member interviews into journey maps and service blueprints. I prototyped progressive disclosure for sensitive health steps, tested comprehension with stakeholders, and refined a soft visual system (type scale, spacing, illustration tone) that reads premium without feeling sterile.
